Mike Poland CFA™, Chartered Financial Analyst
Job Position
Mike began his career while in graduate school in Minneapolis, Minnesota, working at Smith Barney in 1989. He returned to West Michigan, working for Paine Webber for 11 years and Merrill Lynch for 9 years. He spent 2 years as a principal, advisor, and portfolio manager for Rehmann before forming Braeburn Wealth Management in August 2011.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University (1984) and a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of St. Thomas (1990). In 2005, Mike earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
He enjoys following the stock market and spending time at the “northern office.” His favorite food is steak, his favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, and his favorite pastime is reading.
Dimitri Poland
Job Position
Dimitri joined Braeburn Wealth Management in May 2022 after graduating from Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, emphasizing wealth management. During his time at MSU, he was recognized on the Dean’s List for five semesters and graduated as a member of the Honors College.
At Braeburn, Dimitri plays an integral role in the firm’s financial planning and portfolio management efforts.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time with his fiancée and friends, and being a committed member of organizations such as JCI Muskegon and the Muskegon Rotary Club.
Caitlyn Mouw,
FPQP™
Job Position
Caitlyn joined Braeburn Wealth in 2014 and has built a strong background in customer service in the financial services industry. She received the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation in May 2020.
She is instrumental in client management and financial planning.
Caitlyn enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her favorite pastime is cooking and reading, her favorite food is any Asian dish, and her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving.
Barb Pasco
Job Position
Barb has worked in the financial services industry since 1995 and joined Braeburn Wealth in 2019. She plays an important role as head of compliance and is instrumental in client management.
Barb loves spending time with family and friends. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her grandchildren and sticking her toes in the sand. Her favorite food is tacos, and her favorite holiday is the 4th of July.
Amanda Lemmen
Job Position
Amanda joined Braeburn Wealth in August of 2025 coming from a foundation built in the medical and customer service field. After years of working in healthcare, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of trust, precision, and long-term planning—values that seamlessly translate into the financial services world.
Amanda loves spending time with her family and kids. Her favorite food is Italian, and her favorite holiday is Christmas.
Logan Metcalf
Job Position
Logan is an Investment Adviser Representative at Braeburn Wealth Management, specializing in investment management, Social Security optimization, and guiding young professionals through early wealth-building years. A magna cum laude graduate of Grand Valley State University with a B.B.A. in Economics, he blends analytical expertise with forward-looking financial strategies. Active in the local community, Logan also proudly serves as a member of the Muskegon Rotary.
Outside the office, Logan stays on the move: you can find him traveling, snowboarding, hitting the gym, the golf course, or the basketball court. He also loves spending quality time with his fiancée, family, and cats. His favorite food is sushi, and his favorite holiday is Christmas.
